Returns require the original packaging and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection. Please contact us within 7 days if the pendant light arrives damaged.

The shade is made from washi paper.

Which size should I choose?

The 19.6-inch size suits compact tables or smaller zones, the 27.5-inch size suits a medium dining table or island, and the 37.4-inch size creates a larger visual focal point. Check the listed height, furniture width, ceiling height, and installation clearance before ordering.

Which cord colors are available?

Choose a white cord and canopy or a black cord and canopy.

What bulb does it use?

It uses one E26/E27 bulb up to 40W. One replaceable 3000K bulb is included.

Is the included bulb dimmable?

No. The included bulb is not dimmable. For dimming, use a suitable dimmer and a compatible dimmable E26/E27 bulb.

Where can it be installed?

It is an IP20 hardwired pendant for indoor dry locations. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local requirements.
