("PoPoLighting," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, finishes, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Lighting products may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, photography, handmade production, material variation, or installation environment.
Measurements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. For custom, made-to-order, or personalized lighting, customers are responsible for confirming measurements, color, finish, installation requirements, and other order details before production begins.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not mean that the order has been accepted. We may review, accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including when product information contains an error, payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, fraud risk is detected, shipping restrictions apply, or the order cannot be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled portion of the order.
5. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or availability errors before or after an order is submitted. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times, delivery estimates, shipping regions, tracking information, customs duties, and related shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or requires reshipment because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before your order has shipped by contacting us at support@popolight.com. We will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing, packing, procurement, customization, or production has started.
For custom, made-to-order, or personalized lighting products, cancellation is not available after production has begun.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Items
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized lighting products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded because of change of mind, preference changes, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, installation limitations not disclosed before confirmation, or changes requested after order confirmation.
This final sale rule does not affect your right to contact us if a custom product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details. In those cases, we will review the issue and, where verified, help provide a suitable solution such as repair, replacement of the affected part, or replacement of the fixture as appropriate.
9. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or materially different from your confirmed order details, contact us promptly at support@popolight.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We may request additional information to evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
10. Installation and Product Use
Lighting fixtures should be installed and used according to the product information provided and applicable electrical and building requirements in your location. Where electrical installation is required, we recommend using a qualified electrician. PoPoLighting is not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible electrical systems, or failure to follow installation guidance.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, videos, layout, and other materials, is owned by PoPoLighting or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission.
