Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your lighting fixture must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The fixture must be unused, uninstalled, and free from damage caused after delivery.
- Your return should include all items, accessories, manuals, and protective materials in the original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items returned within 30 days and approved after inspection are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Our Return Policy Does Not Cover
- Custom orders or personalized lighting fixtures.
- Accessories and spare parts sold separately.
- Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, or other carrier charges, unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect.
- Installed, used, altered, damaged, or incomplete items.
Our 4-Step Return Process
1. Start a Return
Contact us and send a return request before shipping any item back. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Ship Your Order to Our Warehouse
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect.
If applicable, this may include any duties, taxes, or carrier charges incurred from returning the product.
3. We Receive and Inspect Your Order
After your return arrives, we will inspect and test the fixture to confirm that it is complete, unused, uninstalled, and in proper working order.
4. Your Refund Is Issued
A full or partial refund will be issued after the return is approved.
Popolight reserves the right to charge up to a 10% restocking or refurbishment fee where applicable. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and replace the part or fixture as needed.
Photos and/or videos are essential for our team to assess the issue and provide the best solution. If the issue is verified, we will help replace the damaged part or fixture free of charge. If you prefer to return the fixture instead, return shipping costs may apply unless required by law or otherwise confirmed by Popolight.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the fixture is damaged or broken, please contact us and we will assist with replacing the damaged part or fixture as appropriate.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect.
Refunds for Undelivered Items
If you do not receive your package within 60 business days after shipment, you may request a refund review by email.
Popolight is not responsible for replacement or refund if the package was sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the customer wishes to have the package reshipped due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees may apply.
